Practice Management

Mrs Pauline Woodrow (f)
Business / Practice Manager

Pauline overseas the daily management of all business aspects of the practice, such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment upkeep and IT support to the team wherever possible. The Business Development Manager will support the practice Clinicians and admin/reception teams together with other medical professionals, to ensure appropriate delivery and development of patient services.

Mrs Nazmeen Khan (f)

Assistant Manager

Nazmeen provides comprehensive support to our Practice Manager and Practice clinicians and  is able to help with most issues in their absence.  Mrs Khan also works closely with our Office Supervisor and Admin/Reception teams to ensure the smooth running of the practice and supports our clinicians in administration and care issues.

Mrs Khan is an integral part of our Management Team and also takes a lead role in disease management recalls, and practice patient audits.

Administration

Our Administration staff carry out a wide range of duties to support GP's and Clinical staff and provide Manager support. They also provide important support for our Receptionists and patients registered with the practice, they may be your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Our administration staff may make patient appointments with the GPs and other clinical staff at the practice and also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and deal with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits. Our Administration staff also deal with patient referrals and queries and liaise with our Management Team on a daily basis.

Reception

Our Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, they deal with incomming communications, ensuring documentation is added to patient records and deal with new patient registrations.
