The practice will be closed for staff training on the following dates:-

If you require a doctor and the surgery is closed and you cannot wait until we re-open: - please contact NHS 111 Service.  This is an Out of Hours GP service and calls to 111 are free from Landlines and Mobiles.

Patient Participation Group

 

We are looking for Patient’s to join our Patient Participation Group. We currently have members but are looking to expand the number within the group. We meet every 2/3 months to discuss the on-going daily activities within the Surgery from making appointments, to general protocol’s which we have in place to improve our service to you. So if you are you interested in how your Practice works and would:

 



    • like to have a say in how your Practice works

    • like to join our Patient Participation Group

    • receive further information about the Group
