If you require a doctor and the surgery is closed and you cannot wait until we re-open: - please contact NHS 111 Service.  This is an Out of Hours GP service and calls to 111 are free from Landlines and Mobiles.

Self care packs

Packs have been developed for dementia, heart failure, asthma and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).

They have been developed for the use of any person with one or more of the conditions and are designed to support and empower people to feel more confident about self care, maintaining independence, control and responsibility.  These packs can also be used by carers.
